Yes, this is why when you book for an airport collection, we ask for all your flight details. Our team will check and monitor your flight time to the best of their ability. However, we would ask that customers please do make us aware of any known delays (especially on short haul flights) to ensure we are able to send the car at the correct times.

We track flight landing times at all major airports so our driver will then arrive inside the terminal approx 30 mins after your flight lands to ensure that waiting time and car parking time is kept to a minimum! If there is any waiting time and car parking time over the 45 minutes from the time your flight lands, you will be charged for any additional waiting time and car park fees accordingly. Waiting time and car parking charges, if incurred, will be charged at £25.00 per hour / 0.30 per minute for all vehicle types! For credit/debit card customers, you will be required to settle this with your driver before the completion of your Journey.
